We are looking for motivated Retail Sales Leads to join our growing operations in Rwanda and Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Smartphone sales & Smartphone Loan on-boarding sales.
• Drive Shop Sales & Targets
• Lead Local Field Sales Team

Requisites

• Fresh Graduates can apply
• Education qualification is min Diploma
• Previous Sales Experience is added plus
• Proven Leadership Skills most welcome

Package

Monthly Compensation
• Rwanda: 120,000 RWF
• Tanzania: 180,000 TSH
(Net Monthly) &
• Smartphone Loans: Earn 10,000 TSH / RWF for every successful sale (Instant paid)

Recruitment Details

• Test: Sent via email to shortlisted applicants.
• Interview: Granted upon meeting test standards.
• Selection: Successful candidates join the Simstel Africa Sales Champions.

• Management Rewards: Earn additional bonuses for every sale managed within your field sales team.
• Unlimited Earnings: No cap on sales commissions—your income scales with your results.

Refer & Earn Program

• Referral Payout: 25,000 RWF / 50,000 TZS per successful hire & 5,000 RWF / 10,000 TZS for FL recruitment.
